Purging PNR Data
User-created PNRs can be removed from the database using a batch operation in the Account List display.

How to Purge PNR Data
  1. Use the Login button at the top of any VIASINC webpage to log into the VIASINC environment with your Master/Admin account number and password.

  2. Click the "Launch Admin" button at the top of the webpage to launch the System Administration utility.

  3. In the black box at the top of the screen, click "+" next to the "Retrieve" file menu name, then select "Account List."

  4. The "Retrieve Account List Form" will appear. Change the values in the boxes as needed to display the students for whom you wish to purge PNR data. Then, click "Submit."

  6. An Account List will display. Select the appropriate accounts by checking the box on the far right, or click the "Select" column header to select all accounts. Scroll to the bottom of the list and select the "Purge and reset PNRs, Tickets, and EMDs" item in the "Batch Operation" box.

  7. Click the "Submit" button to run the batch operation.

  8. The PNRs will purge for the selected users, and the Account List will redisplay.

  9. Use the "Exit" link in the upper-right corner to exit System Administration.
