Two Step Login Process
Logging into VIASINC training is a two step process. The first step is a general login that will not deduct time from your account. The second step involves launching the training course (or launching System Administration). Time is deducted only when the training course is launched and open.
  1. To begin the login, click the Login button in the upper-right corner of any page on the VIASINC website (viasinc.com). Enter your six-digit account number and password and click "Login".
  2. A successful first step login will place a Launch Training button in the upper-right corner of the webpage. Click this button to launch the training course.
  3. When you login for the first time you should be placed at the first frame of the first lesson of your course. Use the "Next" button to advance through the frames. There will be a short tutorial in Lesson 1 which explains the features of the user interface. The "Lesson" and "Tree" button can be used at any time to view the contents of your course.
  4. When you're finished with your training session, use the "Exit" button in the training window button bar to stop the session. Time deduction will stop.
  5. You will be returned to the VIASINC website. The "Launch Admin" button may be used to view your account details in the System Administration utility. You may stay logged into the VIASINC environment. No time will be deducted from your account when the training window is closed.
  6. When ready, click the "Logout" button on the VIASINC webpage to log out of the VIASINC environment.
